 hello. 

i hope you all had a lovely thanksgiving & could stop and realize how much we have. a few things i am thankful for: the life Jesus has given me, people who love me, coffee, driving and feeling happy.

nov. 4 - it was my day off. yay. ms. katie and i drove to stockton, mo. we ate lunch at this really cool pizza place. and we felt as if God had sent this lady that we visited with there just to send us some light. the reason of going to mo was to see a ranch that could be a possibility of moving the ranch to. no decision has been made, but as rhr looks to the future, to meet the needs of the conference we will need a larger facility. also, at this point, there is not room for houseparents to live at bredehoeft road. if they decide to stay at our location, a house for the girls and mentors will be built. anyway, pray for the decision that needs to be made, that whatever God sees best will happen:)

nov. 8 - MS. JENNA GOT A VISA TO COME BACK TO THE STATES FOR SIX MONTHS. ok. this is a big deal. ms. katie and i were very happy to go and pick her up and bring her home:) after 6 months, she has to go back to canada but can try again for another visa :)

nov. 9 - one of the youth girls from here that had been at pearl of grace ranch came and told her story to the girls. that was really cool :)

nov. 10 - goodbye ms. nette. we said goodbye to ms. nette and she took a roadtrip back home to lake providence, louisiana.  i thank her very much for the help she was while ms. jenna was away. 

nov. 12 - my unit sister racquel came by the ranch to check it out and see if she would like to come and be a mentor ;) it was so fun to see her and catch up. i hadn't been with her since july of 2019. idk where time goes.

theeeeeen i went to the tulsa international airport and picked up MY FAMILY. this was a very happy day. we spent the night in tulsa and just hung out. the next day we drove back to where i live and i showed them around. i showed them places that i go to on my days off. :) 

this is a coffee shop we went to. it's so cool. it's in the woods. you can only get there by foot, biking, but no cars.

nov. 14 - i got to give a tour of the ranch ! it was a very happy day. not only were my parents and siblings there, but my uncle lelands and my grandma stopped by in the morning ! 

while some of you all went to conference, i was at the ranch and my little sister stayed with me :) her birthday was the 17th, so that morning we went into gentry and got coffee. :) my parents and brother got back to gentry that evening. 

nov. 18 - we drove to pawhuska, ok and went to the the pioneer woman mercantile. we also got to go out to the lodge where she films her cooking show ! but all too soon we had to head back to the airport. 😢my family had to head home and i ... i got to head to where i now call home. i didn't stay home very long. i collected some clothes and went over to mr. todd's for the night and to see my uncle kendall's who came by to see me. 

nov. 19 - i spent the day with my uncle kendall and aunt kara and my aunt's parents.

> a part of november was filled with family coming to see me and it was so lovely. it was very cool to have people that have been part of my life see where i am living now and to meet some of the people that have come to mean alot to me over the past four and a half months. it's like my two worlds meet🤍

nov. 20 - happy birthday to ms. katie ✨

nov. 21 - i got to go see ms. karma and it was very needed.  i definitely needed to stop and work on my parts.:)

in the evening for supper, we had a party for ms. katie. she LOVES ice cream. so for dessert ms. regina had made homemade ice cream. yay.

nov. 22 - a new rancher arrived at the ranch. we are now a full house. wow. 

one of our girls we are keeping VERY close. she has not been doing very well. since monday, one of us mentors has been sleeping in her room. we just want to keep her safe and love her.

nov. 23 - we mentors had the evening off. i skipped on being with katie and jenna. instead i went to be with royce and tam. it was so good to be with some friends from center ! 

nov. 24 - happy thanksgiving ! we had a thanksgiving dinner at the ranch. in the afternoon we hitched up a trailer to our pickup and went on a hayride :) in the evening, i went to be with royce and tam again :)

>something i learned or am learning is to invite the ranchers to talk with me and not poke and prod them. if they want to share then cool. if they don't , then i can be okay with that too :)

 

my latest read has been kisses from katie . she is an amazing person. but i love her outlook and how she is just doing what Jesus would have her do. she is an inspiration to me 🤍 (it was just really special to me because this page was folded down and i hadn't done it. it was just like Jesus wanted me to read these pages)
